Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Armando Cavelli frames. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for return
Exchanges
Exchanges (e.g. a different frame or color) are free of charge — we cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.
Refunds
If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued via Instapay transfer. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing after we confirm receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
