2. Delivery Time 
- Orders are processed within 1 business days after confirmation. 
- Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on location. 
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

- Complimentary shipping may be offered for qualifying orders, as announced on the website.

4. Order Tracking 
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number to follow your order until delivery.

5. Delays or Failed Deliveries 
In the event of unforeseen delays or logistic issues, we will notify you immediately and ensure delivery as soon as possible. 
If delivery fails after two attempts, the order may be canceled and the amount refunded.
