Refund policy

At Armando Cavelli, we strive for your complete satisfaction and aim to provide a refined and convenient shopping experience.

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange 
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receipt. 
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. 
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for prescription or customized lenses.

2. Return or Exchange Process 
- Contact us via email at armandocavellieyewear@gmail.com  or  via WhatsApp 01276520840 with your order number and reason for return or exchange. 
- After review, we will schedule a pickup from your address. 
- Once the product is inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 2-5 business days.

3. Return Fees 
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover all shipping costs. 
- Otherwise, return shipping fees + admin., fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. General Notes 
Armando Cavelli reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
